Korean Visa Requirements for Employees
- Application Form

- Original and OLD Passport
- Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
- Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only)
- Original Certificate of Employment (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address)
- Original Personal Bank Certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, ADB)
- Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months)
- Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316
- Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only)
- PSA Birth Certificate and/or Marriage Certificate if travelling with family.
If personally invited by Korean
- Invitation letter
- Photocopy of inviter’s Passport or Identification

If invited by Company in Korea

If you are a frequent Traveller
- Frequent travellers who have travelled as tourist to OECD member countries

- If bank documents to be submitted are named to another family member, submit

- Ticket itinerary
- Tour itinerary and hotel address in Korea
- Business permit of Korean land operator (email address and contact number)

- Company ITR
Note: Upon filing the E-group visa, the group should have 1 departure and return date and 1 hotel. Otherwise, re-filing the E-group visa will be required.
