    • living expenses for yourself and any family members who will go with you in Canada;
    • return transportation for yourself and any family members who will go with you in Canada;
  3. No criminal record.
  4. In good health condition.
  5. Proof that you will leave Canada when your study permit expires.

Contract Signing

Contract will be signed between the you, the Canadian Agency Partnrer, and Fun Tours.Ph visa assistance specialist.

Enrollment to a Canadian College

  1. Submit requirements for college admission. Pay school admission fee.
  2. College sends offer of admission if you pass the assessment.
  3. You pay 1st semester tuition fees directly to the college (online).
  4. College issues official Letter of Admission (LOA) and proof of tuition fee payment.

Requirements for college admission

  4. IELTS Academic School Report – min. of 6.0

Application for Study Visa (Student Direct Stream)

  1. Be a legal resident living in one of the Philippines.
  2. Letter of Acceptance from an accredited school in Canada.
  3. Live outside of Canada when you apply.
  4. Proof of tuition fee payment for the 1st year of program.
  5. Have a Guaranteed Investment Certificate of CA$ 10,000.00
  6. Do an upfront medical exam before you apply.
  7. With police certificate before you apply.
  8. Have your most recent secondary or post-secondary school transcript(s)
  9. IELTS Academic of General training report with minimum score of 6.0 in each skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Application for Study Visa (Student Direct Stream) Requirements

  1. Resume
  2. Birth Certificate, other IDs
  3. Proof of studies (Diploma, TOR, etc.)
  4. Certificate/s of employment, pay stub for 3 months
  5. Proof of Govt. contributions (SSS, GSIS, BIR)
  6. Letter of Application/Study Plan
  7. Proof of Means of Financial Support
    • Guaranteed Investment Certificate
    • Bank Certificate
    • Bank statements for the past 6 months
  8. Proof of property ownership or any assets (vehicle registration, land certificates, business registrations).
  9. Passport/travel documents/stamped pages in the passport.
  10. Letter of Acceptance (from the college).
  11. Digital Photo
  12. Proof of tuition payment (from the college).
  13. Proof of upfront medical examination.
  14. Police Certificates from all countries you have lived for 6 months or longer since the age of 18.
  15. IELTS Academic or General (with score of 6.0 or higher in all skill areas).

Workflow in the Application Process

Booking of Appointment for Consultation

  1. Send us your resume and checklist.
  2. We will send the documents to our Canadian Agency Partner (CAP).
  3. Our CAP will approve the your application for consultation.
  4. We will send you a schedule for consultation.
  5. We will be with you throughout the consultation with our CAP
    • The consultation is a 15-minute free zoom meeting.
    • Our CAP will provide you school options and course information.
  6. After consultation, we will notify our CAP if you intend to proceed with the engagement.
  7. We will ask you to pay for the slot reservation.

Consultation and Assessment

  1. We will arrange your virtual consultation.
  2. You will be requested to be present in our office for the virtual consultation with our CAP.
  3. CAP consultant conducts virtual interview.

Contract Signing with Initial Deposit

  1. Our CAP will prepare the agreement and send it to us.
  2. We will send the contract to you.
  3. Sign the contract if terms are agreeable.
  4. Make the initial deposit before commencement of any work.
  5. We will send you an invoice and receipt.

Enrollment to a Canadian School

  1. We will give you a list of documents for enrolment.
  2. Client submits documents to agency.
  3. The VISA Specialist sends documents to our CAP.
  4. Our CAP enrolls you to a Canadian College.
  5. You will receive an offer of admission if college accepts your enrolment.
  6. You pay the first semester tuition fee (online).
  7. You will receive an official Letter of Admission (LOA) and proof of tuition fee payment from the college.

Application for Study Visa (Student Direct Stream)

  1. We will give you a list of documents and Immigration (IMM) forms.
  2. You gather documents, fill-out the IMM forms and send them back to us.
  3. We will submit the documents to our CAP.
  4. Our CAP will review the documents and IMM forms.
  5. After final review and before submission, we will issue you an invoice for collection of payment.
  6. Pay before submission of complete package.
  7. Our CAP will submit the application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
  8. We will inform you of submission confirmation.

Steps after submission of application

  1. As soon as we get an update from IRCC, we will inform you about the following:
    • Request for biometrics collection.
    • Medical examinations, if not done upfront.
  2. We will update you about the otucome of your application.
